They will arrive one-half hour early to set up their workstations for the best efficiency and remain long enough after their shift to wipe down and clean up their areas before leaving.   Pricing for a 4-hour shift is only $295, and, best of all, they are trained to handle up to 100 guests each for mixed cocktails and up to 200 each for beer and wine.
